Kenny loves the concept of passive income through delegation and removing himself from the business (He was spending ~3 hours/month in the first business and 1hour/day in the second). He is a big proponent of outsourcing (His companies have hired close to 100 outsourced employees in total). In addition, he keeps busy working on side projects.
